4 Chicks Furniture & Cabinets was built from grit, sawdust, and sheer determination. What started in 2010 with one “yes” to a friend’s request for bookcases grew into a full-fledged business by 2013 — powered by late nights, hard lessons, and a love for creating things that last.
I’m Carrie Nelson, a single mom who raised three daughters while teaching myself the craft of fine woodworking. I built my house, my shop, and this company from the ground up, piece by piece. Every challenge, from long days in the shop to learning high-end cabinetmaking technology, shaped 4 Chicks into what it is today: a place where craftsmanship and courage meet.
